The data controller informs that, in accordance with current legislation, any operation concerning your personal data will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency. Pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 13 GDPR, the following information is provided.

Purpose of the treatment - The treatment will concern the following data: general contact data (name, surname, address, email, telephone number). The treatment will be carried out on paper and electronically for the following purposes:

1. a) execute pre-contractual and contractual obligations; the legal basis of the processing is the fulfillment of the pre-contractual and / or contractual obligation pursuant to art. 6, par. 1 letter b GDPR;
2. b) to send you commercial offers on our products and services (marketing); the legal basis of the processing is the express consent of the interested party pursuant to art. 6, par. 1 letter a) GDPR.

Nature of the processing - The provision of data collected for the purposes referred to the point a) is mandatory as it is necessary to execute contractual and pre-contractual obligations and any refusal could lead to failure or partial execution of the contract; the provision of data collected for the purposes referred to the point b) is optional and any refusal may make it impossible to send you commercial offers on our products / services, but will not affect in any way the other contractual obligations.

Communication of personal data - The data collected may be communicated to third parties that carry out activities in the stone sector and to companies that produce and sponsor innovative products related to the same sector, to consultants and companies connected to Marmoles Man Srl. These third parties will act as autonomous. The data provided will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations and will not be disseminated.

Retention period - The data will be processed by personnel appointed by the Data Controller and specially trained, at the company headquarters. Personal data processed for the purposes referred to the point a) will be kept for the period necessary for the execution of the assignment referred to in this contact form; the data processed for the purposes referred to the point b) will be kept for 24 months from the issue of valid consent. Please note that the interested party has the right to exercise the faculties referred to in Articles 15-22 of the European Reg. 679/2016 and in particular, by contacting the data controller at the email address: marmolesmansrl@pec.it; the interested party may request access to personal data concerning him, receive personal data provided to the Data Controller and transmit them to another Data Controller without impediments (so-called portability), obtain the updating, limitation, rectification or cancellation of data processed in breach of current legislation.
